Lyndsey leads the firm’s business development function and is responsible for managing capital formation and strategic relationships for the firm. Lyndsey also leads the firm’s global outreach strategy and manages Engine No. 1’s relationships with industry, governments, and financial institutions.
Before joining Engine No. 1, Lyndsey served nearly 15 years in the U.S. Government, most recently as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Energy and Investment at the White House, where she also led strategic Middle East initiatives. Prior to the White House, Lyndsey served as the Treasury Department’s Financial Attache to the Arabian Gulf where she dual-hatted as the Director for the Riyadh-based Terrorist Financing Targeting Center and facilitated negotiations for the historic Abraham Accords. Lyndsey has also served in various policy offices at the Pentagon.
Lyndsey graduated with her B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University and her M.A. in International Relations from Webster University.
