Ken is a Senior Executive at Loews Corporation, where he oversees subsidiary performance and strategic initiatives. He serves on the boards of CNA Financial Corporation, Flowserve Corporation, Altium Packaging, and Boardwalk Pipelines. Prior to joining Loews in 2009, Ken spent nearly 30 years in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers, and Schroders.
Ken holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
