Wouter is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Civitas Resources, Inc. Previously, he served as Chairman, President, and CEO of DCP Midstream from 2013 to 2022, leading the company through significant operational and strategic growth. Before DCP, Wouter held leadership roles at Duke Energy and General Electric, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, business development, and energy operations.
Wouter holds a Master’s in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
